My Story
On Tuesday, April 19, 2016 my 14 year old son died from suicide. This work is dedicated to my son Devin, whose life and subsequent death taught and changed everyone who met him. It is raw, graphic and real. It is a journal from a mother deep in grief, but remains dedicated to living. Support and kindness are appreciated.
How I Can Help
With story telling, experience, and research, I bring mental health topics to communities focusing on education, identification, and prevention. Utilizing unique resource strategies, I engage others to talk about the taboo, and encourage human connection.
